I have several sites which I gladly would like to register , is that possible?
Yes, in the site administration, you can registered up to 10 different sites.

Where do I find the site administration?
There is a Button within the login page, that you simply click and you go to site administration.

I registered a site, however no credits were used, why not?
The site must be examined by us, only then, if the rules aren't broken, and the activating Button is clicked, the site will be shown and credits used.

And how do I see whether it was de-energised?
That can be seen in the site administration under status.
 
Where do I find the URL for the Viewbar?
The Viewbar is only accessible through our special software.

I cannot log in, why not?
This can have the following reasons: 1. You did not activate your account, find the activation link in your "Welcome" e-mail. Simply click and your account is activated. 2. You use a very old Browser. 3. You offended several times or too much against the rules and your account became closed (a new application is not possible any longer)
 
How long does activating my site take?
We activate, normally, two times per day. Sometimes, when we have other very important things to do, to have activation retarded. This does not happen very frequently, however it can. We like to ask you to e-mails us only once if your site is not activated right away. We work under high pressure to make this service as smooth and comfortable as possible. More than one e-mail is simply redundant and wastes only your and our time. Time in which we could be productive on 126hits.com.

I lost my password, what now?
Under the menu option Login is the option " password ". Here, you can be sent the password again, if you have forgotten it.

How long do I may/have to let the View bar run?
There are no technical restrictions! Everything is possible! Run as long as you wish.

I read about a Blacklist. What is that?
Into the Blacklist go email address and site users with 3 "Caution, this email address can no longer be used for registration and the site can no longer be registered." Which sites aren't certified?

If you recruit a new member and they run our View bar 1 hour, that gets you 18 visitors from us free of charge! If you recruit 10 people which do the same, that gives you 180 visitors per hour!

Are there banners to use on my homepage to recruit new members?
 Yes. On the Login page under "partnerprogramm", there is a link to the banners.
 
What is a PopUp?
 A PopUp is if when entering or leaving the side a new window opens automatically.

What is a Framebreaker?
A Framebreaker (Framekiller) breaks the upper Frame to the View bar, thereby members will not be credited and site calls are interrupted.

I saw a Framebreaker site, site with Pop UP or a site with erotic contents in the Non Erotic range!
Unfortunately there are several thousand Users and some black sheep who change their sites again and again in such a way that it breaks the rules. (The simplest way is over the menu option "rule offence". Here you can also report as a reason, a Framebreaker URL with the reference Framebreaker in the message.) You will receive 50 Bonuscredits for every real cheating report.
 
According to my statistics I must have received 762 new visitors today. My Counter indicates, however, only 513. Why?
This can have the following reasons: The Counter counts only Unique IPs, the counter resets its statistics after a period of time, your site was not attainable for a certain period or your side is very slow to load (can be because of your server, or it has too much data, (pics. etc.) and was therefore, not always completely loaded within the 20 seconds.
 
My sites are not shown, why not?
The most frequent reasons for this are that the savings mode is active, you did not activate your site(s), or your site(s) have been de-activated.
 
Why did I receive a caution?
The reason is explained under "Status" for the de-activated URL.
 
I still had 3000 Credits in my account yesterday and the savings mode was activated. Today, however, only 2000 Credits remain. What happened? .
It is not permitted to save more than 2000 Credits, because if many users do this, the system cannot function correctly.
I would not like to receive a newsletter.
The newsletter informs you about important changes or news about 126hits.de and cannot be cancelled, since this information could be very important for every user.
 
I would like to delete my account.
That is very unfortunate, but in the menu option "Login" you will find "delete account".
